About
Welcome to the inaugural 2026 International Conference on Integrated Intelligence and Cognitive Engineering (ICIICE). The event will be held in Dubai, UAE, a global metropolis celebrated for its innovation and futuristic vision. ICIICE 2026 is proudly organized by Abu Dhabi University, UAE, a well-established and highly reputable institution, in collaboration with Technology Fist (Innovation and Entrepreneurship), a distinguished organization with extensive experience in managing international conferences, and with the technical co-sponsorship of the IEEE UAE Section. This conference provides a landmark forum for leading researchers, academics, and industry pioneers to present and exchange their latest breakthroughs in the field.

ICIICE 2026 is dedicated to the advancement of two deeply interconnected fields: Integrated Intelligence, which explores the architecture and synergy of complex AI systems, and Cognitive Engineering, which bridges the gap between these systems and their human users. Our mission is to encourage collaboration and stimulate a vibrant dialogue on creating technology that is not only powerful and autonomous but also intuitive, safe, and enhances human capability.

We invite you to join us in the dynamic city of Dubai for a stimulating exchange of ideas that will define the next generation of intelligent systems.

Publication and Indexing

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, subject to meeting IEEE’s quality standards.

Proceedings of ICIICE will also be submitted for indexing to major abstract and citation databases, including Scopus, Ei Compendex, and Web of Science, among others, based on IEEE’s indexing policy.

(IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including from IEEE Xplore, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference OR does not meet IEEE standards.)
